Looking for Mature 50 or older to share 3/2 home. Port Orange,FL - Port Orange - poker game rooms

My husband and I are looking to rent out a room furnished or unfurnished (which ever you prefer) in our 3bd/2bth home in a beautiful and quiet age qualified private manufactured home community in Port Orange. 50 or older ONLY! Rent is $500 a month all utilities included as well as wifi. You will have your own bathroom and use of all common areas including kitchen, livingroom, 2 screened in porches, washer/dryer. Smoking outside okay but not inside. Community has many amenities including heated pool, game room where you can play poker bingo etc, fitness room. We have a small sweet dog and bird so no cats or dogs. A background check is required by community office.
